a） AVD has achieved ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2001 and IECQ/ROHS Management System Certification (QC080000) in 2007 by TüV. We are also planning to implement TS16949 system in （our） panel line in 2009, to meet the customer’ needs for the car application and industrial field.
b） Under the theory of quality management ahead of design, AVD realize the product’s basic quality guarantee through the quality control at the design and developing stage.
c） QA Team: AVD has more than 50 professional quality members, among them, 1/2 has more than 5 years experience in LCD and LCM field.
d） Hardware and Testing Instrument:
With more than 6000m2 purified workshops, to ensure the LCM and LCDs can be produced and assemblied under a clean environment. We are using various measuring and testing equipments for our QA inspection and production, like: BM-7 Luminance Meter, XRF RoHS Testing Machine UX-300, Constant temperature & humidity machine, High & Low Temperature shock Oven, ESD testing, pull test, etc.
