（一）STN Production Line
By the septenber 30 our STN lines have completeed the pre-production run. Now AV Dislay is aceepting the STN orders for mass production. Following are the main processes of seeting up STN lines:
2008-03~2008-04 Equipment Installation
2008-05~2008-09 Pre-production, system measurement and integration, key project and the debugging equipment, verification and the reliability test(including design, materials, tecniques, process management and quality control).
（二）Future Plan
2008-10~2008-12 Maintaining the product quality and reliability, we will increase the capability to 35000 set of 14*16 motherboard per month.
2009-01~2009-12 By the end of year 2008, we will complete Phase 2 equipment purchasing, so that, the process capability can reach to 100,000sets of 14”x16” motherboard per month. We will also continuously work on our internal process, management system and new technique/product development. By upgrading every aspects of our company, AVD will maintain its competitive advantage even in the depression of global economic.
The following are the key projects that we are intended to achieve：
1．Applying for the certification of TS16949：we will complete the traiuing of TS16949 standard and the tooling、establish the system and pre-production and then obtained the certification from June 2008 to December 2009.
2．New products and techniques: integrating the LCD with capacitive touch panel, promoting the new patent techniques, research and development for automotive products.
