The Initial ISO/TS16949 Mobilization Meeting

The meeting has divided into three part: First: Ms Yang holds the mobilization speakign on behalf of General manager Mr Huang ; Sencon: Establish ISO/TS16949 promoting committee, the management representative Mr Yang announces the structure of committee and the responsibility of general manager, management representative and the committee menbers; Third: The counsellor from Fang Zhijian Mr Zhang (Zhang Guoshun) introduce ISO/TS16949 and promot milestone of AVD briefly.
Part One: Assistance Ms Yang’s presentation
“First, welcome counsellor Mr Zhang to come here to develop the gudance work which will last for almost 10 months ”
(Briefly introduce the background of promoting and the plan of certification)
 Our target is clear: Achieve TS certification/Improve the present status of management, to specify the leveland efficiency
General manager will participate and make a lead role in promotion, headed by management representativve Mr Yang, cooperate with every department supervisor and all the keybone of committee members to develop the real total involvement promotion, include the staff of sales, financial which are not request by ISO9001.All of us should learn hard and usnderstand the objective of ISO/TS16949 standard, the relevant requirement fo every clause. Then to carry on the promotion under the gudiance of counsllor continuly.
(As to the promoting process, no matter the indicidual, department, supervisor or committee menbers, should develop every process of TS promotion.)
 Meanwhile, at the intial stage we also appriciate Mr Zhang to perfectly use the time of present or unpresent guidance, with the best status and strongest content and method to give us a system, professional and practice training, Except to achieve the streched target, we also hope to hold the ability of promoting and maintant it independent. While to promote AVD to catch up with "perfect company with the same industry".
 At last, emphasized the stretched target of company that obtain the certification in Dec. 2009.
Looking forward our achievement in the end of the year. This is not only the requirement for AVD internal
and the expectation for Mr Zhang.
Part Two: Committee structure and their responsibility
The promote committee is composed by general manager, management representative and other menbers. Their responsibility as follows:
 
Responsibility of general manaer
       Lead the promoting work of ISO/TS16949 in company
         Handle the serious issues occurred in the process of ISO/TS16949 promotion
         Provide the resource ensurance for ISO/TS16949 promotion
         Assessment the Quality Manual, policy, target and some program document
Responsibility of management representative
     Coordinate with counsellor to develop work of committee, ensure the establishment and maintance of quality management system
     Report the operation condition of quality/environment management to general manager, include the improvement
     Propaganda in company to upgrade the quality/environment consciousness
     Contact with ISO outer relevant department, deal with the related issues
Responsibility of promoting menbers
       Draw up the required related document and systems of ISO/TS16949
       Take part in the training, grasp the relevant konwleage of ISO
      Perfect cooperate with counsellor to finish all the work in promoting process
       Organize the staff to training ISO relevant document and konwleage, ensure the implement of the files
       Take part in the internal and outer audit, ensure to obtain the certification successful
Part Three: Milestone of ISO/TS16949 promotion
Mr Zhang has briefly introduced the relationship of ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001, and very satisfied with this mobilization meeting. He shows that our executive ability is great and hope we continue to hold on this spirit in the following promotion. Then there are 6 milestone of TS promotion:
