Compare to edge type backlight, array backlight has higher consumption and thickness is more. The brightness and uniformity of edge backlight has been met the customer’s requirement. Considered from long term developing arrange backlight will be repaced by the edge backlight in future. We will continue to use the array backlight for the current production products, and suggest to use the edge backlight instead in new designing products.

At present the PCB process is considered as gold plated and punched / V-Cut technologies, in the meantime, considering the multi-option of materials we still maintain to use the immersion gold / routing technologies. AV-Display has the right to use both technologies in mass production and no need to inform the customer priority.

    Pilot Samples: One year since the delivery of the last sample. If there is no response during this period, but need to implement mass production after that, this will considered as a new product, needs to submit the updated sample for approval and tooling charge will be collected again.

 Mass production keeping samples: Two years since the last mass production order. If the new order should be implemented after this time, needs to submited the new sample for approval as the during two years material may change, the tooling charge may will be collected again.

For the customized products, the customer should accept the +/-3% than ordered quantity. If the customer define the quantity should not less than the ordered quantity, needs to specify when place the order and accept the over produced quantity.
