Declaration of RoHS Conformity
TO:
1. AV-Display commits: since the date of formal PO with RoHS compliance, our products delivered to you are conformed to EU RoHS requirement of the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substance in electrical and electronic equipment. AV-Display will provide Product Material Declaration and Product Material Test & Inspection Report when customer require.
2. All RoHS products and its packages supplied by AV-Display, if needs to be sale directly in the market as a subsidiary of application, will conform to the RoHS instruction.
3. AV-Display commits: Set up the RoHS compliance manage system, and process QC080000 standard.
4. AV-Display commits: Any limited materials will not be added to products intentionally, based on the exemption of the raw materials, the harmful substances, materials, products exempted by EU RoHS Directive also apply to AV-Display’s products.
5. The list of restricted hazardous substances is the supported documents for this declaration. AV-Display declares to conform the requirement for the restricted hazardous substance of RoHS, which are the hazardous substances and under its limited value in this list. If the customer has different value needs, please reply your requirements and discuss with us for achieving an agreement, otherwise you will be considered as accepting the declaration.
6. This declaration is valid since the date with company chop from AV-Display.
