Touch Panel Division Introduction |
Founded in August, 2009, the Touch Panel (TP) Division of ShenZhen AV-Display Co., Ltd is now 300-employee strong, including more than 40 R&D and design engineers and bolstered with advance design and development capabilities and several patents pending.
With 3,900 square meter clean workshop, a 2.5G production line for ITO, metal exposure and etching respectively and several production lines for FPC bonding, lens screen printing, liquid OCA production, the Division is capable of producing projected capacitive TP, voltage-driven multi-touch resistive and capacitive TP with a monthly capability of 3,000 sheets (400 x 500 mm) of capacitive TP sensor and 300K sheets of projected capacitive TP (based on 7” TP).
The Division is TS16949 certified and run according to control standards for industrial products, characterized by its short lead-time for sampling and mass production and strategic cooperation with some main IC makers, enabling AV-Display Co., Ltd to design, manufacture and market TPs and related services more cost effectively.
